How executive coaching works
The coaching process consists of three to six months of monthly meetings that are all about identifying what the executive needs to work on to maximize their effectiveness. The process includes:
- An individual, comprehensive leadership assessment with an in-depth report on your strengths and areas for improvement.
- An in-person or video initial intake meeting to debrief the results of the assessment and identify your not only your strengths, but also your areas for improvement.
- Recommended resources that can include reading assignments, self study and custom action plans.
In the first meeting, we set the foundation, identify your goals, and determine what you want to work on. We then create an individual action plan for getting real results. You will then immediately start implementing the tools and strategies we discussed. You will also receive unlimited email support. The following month, we will meet again, partially to hold you accountable for your action plan, but also to celebrate wins.
